When you’re suffering with OCD & anxiety, finding the right support can feel overwhelming.
That’s why it can be helpful to work with a therapist who not only understands your experience from a clinical standpoint but one who also genuinely empathises with your struggle because they have walked the same path.
I’m here to listen and to help you find effective strategies to manage and overcome these challenges, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.
I understand feeling reluctant to share thoughts for fear of being judged or misunderstood. In my recovery journey, I encountered therapists who, despite good intentions, misunderstood how OCD presents or offered modalities of therapy that were not helpful for OCD.
My personal struggle ignited a passion within me to assist individuals like you who yearn to break free from OCD’s exhausting grip.

Therapy Techniques
For OCD: We’ll use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective evidence-based tool for confronting and overcoming fears.
For Anxiety: Like generalised anxiety, panic disorder, health anxiety or social anxiety, we’ll utilise evidence-based treatment plans tailored to your specific needs.
Additionally, if it feels right for you, we can incorporate mindfulness practices and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These techniques, which played a crucial role in my own recovery from OCD, are also strongly supported by research.
Let’s team up and tackle this. I’m here to help you to navigate through the storm of OCD and anxiety, using strategies that I’ve seen work first-hand. You’re not alone in this, and I’m committed to helping you find your way to a more peaceful life.
The best choice you can make is to put your well-being first. Once I had that in place, the rest of my life came together.
