My name’s Nova and I provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) online, specialising in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

My path into this work is both personal and professional. I lived with OCD for many years, it was a significant part of my life and brought with it real challenges. Over time, structured and evidence-based therapies like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) made a profound difference. Through this process, I experienced meaningful recovery and my life changed in ways I never thought possible. That journey inspired me to train as a therapist and support others navigating similar experiences.

Today, those same therapeutic approaches form the foundation of my work. I’m a qualified CBT therapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working in line with their ethical framework.

All sessions take place remotely, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home. This flexible format can make it easier to start or continue therapy in a way that fits around your daily life.
